智慧国潮文化官——罗敏

罗敏，女，雅号贤庄老人，艺名石敏，汉族，本科学历。1980 年出生于嘉定，现居嘉定。毕业于南京政治学院，进修于国画研修院，为韩天衡、朱晓东、林志铭先生再传弟子，上海书画名家高健林入室弟子。

受其熟知书画艺术的父亲影响和启蒙，自幼酷爱书法和绘画艺术，崇拜齐白石、张大千、陆俨少、程十发、陈洪绶等大师。先后师从著名画家林志铭、孙宝根老师，数十年来秉持继承传统，笔耕不辍，博取众家所长，作品形成了清新、清润、有意境、生动自然的艺术风格。她擅长中国传统山水画，主攻王翚、王时敏、张大千、石涛写意山水画。

现为中国书画家联谊会会员，华夏国艺书画艺术中心副主任、特聘书画家，非遗（国画）技艺传承师，承孔书院特聘书画家。多次参加上海市嘉定区及全国绘画展览并获奖，作品很受专家的好评。

书画《洞庭渔隐》在 2023 年首届星光杯书画作品评选大赛活动中荣获绘画奖一等奖，并有和潘震宙部长的合影签名。作品被海内外书画爱好者收藏。其作品多次参加慈善机构组织的义捐义卖等公益活动。

2023 年 8 月 26 日，受邀出席在山东曲阜举办的小型书画创作交流研讨会，作品受到各部领导高度评价并得到罗杨主任的点评及认可。罗杨主任及与会代表就书画的创作心得和经验进行了深入的交流和探讨。2023 年 10 月 27 日，在北京昌禾美术馆举办了“情之所系——罗敏山水画展”个人展览，作品受到各部领导好评。2023 年 11 月 18 日，受邀出席在中央社会主义学院举办的“助推文化强国勇担社会责任——新文艺群体书画家活动日”，与会代表一同走进徐悲

中国文联办公厅主任罗杨评其作品：罗敏女士擅长写意山水画，她的笔触细腻，构思精巧，生动描绘出了大自然的山水交融之美，使人仿佛置身其中，形成了清润有意境、生动自然的自我艺术风格。

Influenced and enlightened by his father who is familiar with the art of calligraphy and painting, he has a passion for calligraphy and painting since childhood, and worships masters such as Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, Lu Yanshao, Cheng Shifa, and Chen Hongshou. Under the tutelage of famous painters Lin Zhiming and Sun Baogen, for decades, he upholds and inherits the tradition, never stops painting, and draws on the strong points of other schools. His works have formed a fresh, moist, artistic conception, vivid and natural artistic style. She is good at traditional Chinese landscape painting, the main Wang Hui, Wang Shimin, Zhang Daqian, Shi Tao freehand landscape painting.

Is now a member of the Chinese painting and calligraphy association, deputy director of the Chinese national art painting and calligraphy art center, distinguished calligrapher, intangible cultural heritage (traditional Chinese painting) skills inheritance division, bearing hole college distinguished calligrapher. Participated in many painting exhibitions in Jiading District of Shanghai and the whole country and won awards. His works were highly praised by experts.

Painting and calligraphy "Dongting fishing hidden" in 2023 won the first prize in the first star cup painting and calligraphy works selection contest, and has a photo and signature with Minister Pan Zhenzhou. Works at home and abroad calligraphy and painting enthusiasts collection. His works have participated in public welfare activities such as charity donations and sales organized by charitable organizations.

On August 26, 2023, he was invited to attend a small painting and calligraphy creation exchange seminar held in Qufu, Shandong Province. His works were highly praised by the leaders of various ministries and received the comments and recognition of director Luo Yang.
