胡宝成，号竹根，竹根居主人，1958年生于浙江建德。现为中国楹联协会会员、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院签约艺术家、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会特聘画家、中国东方文化研究会研究员、华夏国艺书画艺术中心副秘书长、孔子美术馆培训中心书画客座教授、袭古创今书画创作基地主任、杭州建德梓源书画院院长。国家一级美术师、专职画家。1985年进修于东方美术电视函授学院、

2016年出版“庆祝中国共产党成立九十五周年”主题《中国邮册》。

2020首届书画交流论坛暨名家入驻玉女潭写生基地邀请展。2020年《山水画未来创作——更需写实与意境相结合》荣获中国管理科学研究院教育科学研究所教育发展研究规划课题一等奖。

2020年12月国画《嵩溪古村》入选子曰美术馆首届“翰墨春秋”——全国书画名家作品展，并且荣获“翰墨春秋艺术传承成就奖”。

2021年作品《舞龙峡飞瀑》《江南韵》入选北京民族文化宫举办的建党一百周年“永远跟党走”——百位中国画名家学术邀请展。

2021年8月被认定为第四批建德市非物质文化遗产代表性项目“下梓硬板龙”代表性传承人、2023年杭州市非遗传承人。2021年參加北京民族文化宫建党一百周年全国百位书画家名家书画展、愽鳌中国传统文化高峰论坛。

2022年1月参加“向人民汇报——新文艺群体书画家作品年展”。

2022年7月结业于中央文化和旅游管理干部学院“书画人才线上高级研修班”并获得结业证书。

2023年参加北京雁栖湖国际会展中心汉风唐韵·丝路万千第一展国际文化艺、北京炎黄艺术馆书画作品展。

2023年8月参加孔子博物馆第五届古建与书画之美——书画名家邀请展、时代之音高峰之路书画艺术创作发展峰会、书画作品展、山东青岛第一届书画艺术专业委员会学术年会、2023第二十二届中国民族建筑研究会学术年会。
