邵正夫，祖籍北京1946年生。诗人、记者、作家、艺术策展人，中国画画家，一级画师。

邵正夫先生在1981年发起并创建萧厔泉艺术研究会任会长。2000年创建上海之家艺术沙龙任理事长，历任上海市文联中西美术融合协会理事、副主席，顾问，世界教科文卫组织专家，浦东新区美术家协会西画艺术委员会秘书长，上海之家艺术沙龙理事长，香港国际画院教授，美国海外艺术家协会客座教授，上海教师书画篆刻研究会研究员、衡阳书画院画师、浙江奉化书画院画师、上海香山书画院画师，上海浦东曹路书画会首届会长、上海春江书画院常务理事、新加坡新神州艺术院荣誉高级顾问，全国神剑上海文艺学会理事。

自幼喜爱绘画艺术，少年时代，师从上海著名老画家施南池和黄幻吾先生，分别学习萧派山水画与岭南派花鸟画，毕业于上海轻专美术系、上海教育学院中文系，擅长中国画山水、花鸟、人物、走兽，造型严谨，构思巧妙，兼取西画明暗对比，光色透视之技巧，典雅明丽，生机勃勃，个性鲜明，中西合璧，独具一格，充分显示其深厚的基本功及综合性修养。

在对传统的学习上，他强调“笔墨当随时代”，对古人与师长“师其心不师其迹”，“化而用之”。他牢记古人“读万卷书，行万里路”的名言，好游历，重写生，青年时代起利用军旅倥偬，戎马生活的间隙和外出的机会，壮游神州大地，饱览大自然美景，搜尽奇峰打草稿，刻苦修炼，人称“拼命三郎”。当年高僧海灯法师看到他在少林寺写生，极力挽留他主持少林寺壁画的修复工作，并题词“光明无量”相赠。

他还多次应邀到国内外进行考察和交流，足迹遍及港澳、日、韩、东南亚并远涉欧美二十余个国家、地区的风景名胜，他热衷于描绘五岳名山，《南岳衡山风光组画》尤负盛名，为画坛所瞩目。近年来更喜创作大幅巨制，场面恢宏，气势磅礴。

他爱好文学，潜心研究古典诗词。精于艺术评论。在旅行写生中即景吟诗，题诗于画，情景交融，给人以美的享受，被誉为当代学者型画家。《文汇报》专栏文章评价他的作品“雅俗共赏，有时代气息”。

其作品曾在北京、上海、广州、香港、台北、汉城、东京、鹿特丹、新加坡等地展出。其中《南岳忠烈祠》《烟花三月下扬州》《野岭拾趣》《硕果累累》《太湖帆影》等代表作品参加过《海峡两岸书画联展》《中日韩名家水墨作品展》《欧洲国际东方艺术大展》《第五届国际书画展》《世界华人艺术精品展》等国际国内重大展览，荣获金、银、铜、优秀等各种奖项。作品还被上海孙中山故居纪念馆、淮安周恩来纪念馆、扬州郑板桥纪念馆、安徽胡适纪念馆、曹操纪念馆、江西抚州王安石纪念馆、香港石景宜美术馆、银川市美术馆等珍藏，在国内外数百种报纸杂志上刊登，并印入多种专业画册，论文《曾书萧画，百世流芳》发表于《人民日报》，获全国优秀论文一等奖。其《富士山系列》曾由上海市原副市长谢丽娟赠给日本来宾。

邵正夫先生为上海曲阳酒家绘制的巨幅布置画《瘦西湖春晓》受到前往参观的邓小平的赞赏。著有《邵正夫中国画》作品集、《彩色水笔写生集》《博雅斋诗稿》《南岳百松谱》《衡岳风光百图》、连环画《小神笔》等。

2005年获英国剑桥大学传记中心国际专家称号，还多次应邀出任高层次美术大展的评审工作。近年来频频应邀到陆海空三军、大专院校、厂矿讲授中国画技法，为国家、为社会培养了大批人才。除了教学和创作，积极参加和组织各种社会活动，为各地灾区人民捐赠书画作品，为敬老院和贫困残疾人奉献爱心，为新开发旅游区出谋划策，受到广泛的尊敬和赞誉。个人传略入编200余部大型辞书。

He has been fond of painting since he was a child. When he was young, he studied landscape painting of Xiao School and flower-and-bird painting of Lingnan School under the guidance of the famous old Shanghai painters Shi Nanchi and Huang Fangwu. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shanghai Light College and the Chinese Department of Shanghai Education Institute. He is good at Chinese painting of landscape, flowers and birds, characters and animals. Full of vitality, distinct personality, a combination of Chinese and Western, unique, fully shows its profound basic skills and comprehensive cultivation.
