刘成甫，生于1971年10月1日，江苏邳州人，自幼习书，勤于笔耕。现为:国家一级书法师，中国功勋艺术家，国礼艺术家，中企盟书画院院士，中国楹联学会书画艺术院书法系教授、书画创作研究员，中国最具有投资价值的实力派艺术家，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副主任、特聘书法家，中国乡协孔孟文化研究院副院长，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会副秘书长，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会第一届副秘书长、特聘书画家，华夏国艺书画艺术中心书法家，中企报盟北京信息科学研究院院士、书画培训师。

孩提时常在村头田间折枝画沙，染指涂壁，描摹自然，中学时代深得长兄刘少清(中国书法家协会会员,邳州书法家协会理事)点拨，日有所进，初从曹全入手，继而学柳、颜、欧、赵、苏、米、“二王”，旁及张旭、怀素书谱等，学书三十余年，临池不辍。作品曾多次在书法大赛中得奖。

2015年，获得由淀山湖镇人民政府颁发的小镇文化人荣誉证书。

2019年，被淀山湖镇老年大学(书法班)聘为指导老师。

2021年6月，获得新时代艺术领军人物称号。

2021年10月，受邀参加济南电视台首播丹青颂翰墨情大型书画系列专题片。

2021年11月25日，受邀在民族文化宫参加民族艺术学术交流书画邀请展。

1988—1991年毕业于江苏徐州市科技进修学院，大专学历，机电专业。

1992—2003年在江苏省邳州粮食局工会从事文职工作。

2004—2022年在江苏省昆山市淀山湖镇从事人力资源管理工作。

2019—2022年在江苏省昆山市淀山湖镇老年大学任书法班指导老师。在此期间任淀山湖镇文学艺术家协会理事。

2021年11月受邀参加民族艺术学术交流书画展，在民族文化宫成功举行。2021年11月16日受邀成为中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员。

When I was a child, I often painted sand in the fields at the head of the village, painted the wall, and painted nature. During his middle school years, he was instructed by his elder brother Liu Shaoqing (member of Chinese Calligraphers Association and director of Pizhou Calligraphers' Association). He started with Cao Quan at the beginning, and then studied Liu, Yan, Ou, Zhao, Su, Mi, "Erwang," Zhang Xu, Huai Su, etc. He studied calligraphy for more than 30 years. His works have won prizes in calligraphy competitions for many times.

In 2015, he was awarded the honorary certificate of town cultural person by the Dianshanhu Town People's Government.

In 2019, he was hired as a tutor in the calligraphy class of Dianshanhu University for the aged.
