李朝云，男，笔名天魏子，艺名煮石。1945年2月出生于湖南省祁东县砖塘镇梅子山庄，大学文化。务过农，当过兵，从过政，最终走上了书画艺术创作之路。现为联合国国际艺术家联合总会副主席，联合国世界卫生组织环球文化传递大使，《人民美术》杂志社顾问，央视老故事“筑梦空间”栏目顾问，中央新影中学生频道“时代人物”栏目艺术顾问，中非文化交流大使，爱国艺术形象大使，新时代书画代表人物，湖南广电国际频道“东方寻宝”栏目签约画家，中国文化艺术人才协会副主席，中国书法美木家创作中心终身荣誉教授，中国文化艺术发展联合会副主席、国际名人百科主席、中国乡土作家协会理事，中国书画家联谊会会员，中国老年书画研究会会员，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会会员，中央国家机关美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会湖南分会会员，湖南省九歌书画院艺术家，中南书画院名誉院长，国家一级艺术家。6幅梅竹国画作品由中国教育联盟选编入2018年第一版《中小学书法美术》教材。入选《2023年福布斯(中国艺术福布斯)名人榜》。2024年5月受邀出席第二届博鳌中国传统文化高峰论坛，并荣获博鳌中国当代德艺双馨艺术家称号。六月，获亚洲书画十大新闻人物奖杯。

李朝云的诗书画作品参加全国性的邀请展赛获等级奖无数。多次被特邀随团前往越南、泰国、新加坡、马来西亚、韩国、美国、联合国总部等参加文化艺术交流活动。泰国素博巴莫亲王、新加坡国家政府官员及韩国国企总裁分别将李朝云的《梅竹》等作品作为精品收藏。并在全国各地举办个人展。2004年1月特邀赴北京参加首届中国收藏文化博览会，国画作品荣获“金艺奖”。2005年6月赴上海参加“中国书画名家全国城市巡回展”，作品在上海图书馆展出。2005年9月15幅国画作品和个人照片、经国家权威部门审核批准印制邮票一套，9月30日在北京人民大会堂举行“当代中华文化名家”专题邮票首发式，全国发行。2011年国画梅花作品在中国美术馆展出，并荣获名花名家奖。2013年8月梅花作品在全国近万幅书画作品中胜出，被山东潍坊国际碑林选中勒石刻碑。2017年5月中国新长城组委会将李朝云的白梅《寒香》，竹《半窗睛翠》刻碑展示于八达岭新长城，供游人观赏。2015年9月驻联合国中国书会特邀李朝云参加在美国纽约UCT国际文化中心举办的“庆祝联合国成立七十周年书画展”，李朝云的《梅竹颂》国画作品，被联合国总部作为精品收藏。2017年10月28日由湖南省美术家协会中国画艺术委员会作为指导单位，祁东县人民政府、湖南省企事业文学艺术联合会、湖南省九歌书画院为主办单位的李朝云画展暨《中国近现代名家画集——李朝云》(大红袍)首发式，在长沙美庐艺术馆成功举办发行。2019年12月29日李朝云国画作品《红梅图》由北京汇珍国际拍卖有限公司以322000元高价拍卖成功。2019年10月由中国著名文艺家联谊会授予“国家级金奖艺术家”，颁发奖牌同时颁发“首届金华艺术”奖杯。2020年1月1日“美中文艺交流发展中心”颁发《国际评分金牌资格证》终身有效。2021年其作品参加中国美术馆、清华大学博物馆、香港、新加坡、俄罗斯、巴黎卢浮宫、大英博物馆、德国柏林、墨西哥、埃及等博物馆展出，获得极高知名度和巨大影响力。

其作品与传略分别入编“世界当代著名书画家真迹博览大典》《二十世纪中国著名书画家》《百年经典——中国美术全集》《中华书画名家》《一代翘楚》《留香——聚焦中国当代书画名家》《新中国书画60年》《中国当代书画投资与收藏指南》《中国历代书画名家大辞典》《世界文艺百科大全书》《中国近现代美术通史》《中国美术史》《大道同行》《经典永流传》、华夏典藏《艺坛八大家》等百余部典籍。著有《朝云墨痕轩诗书画集》《朝云书画集》《朝云画梅》《国家艺术人物李朝云专刊》《中国国礼艺术家李朝云专刊》并由中国文联出版社、北京燕山出版社等出版机构出版发行。2017年1月由天津人民美术出版社出版的《中国近现代名家画集——李朝云》(大红袍)正式出版发行。《人民美术》(2017年4月特刊)封面人物、《军旗颂》封面人物、《投资与收藏》封面人物、《金砖五国艺术名家作品精选》《2023聚焦两会》会刊等正式出版发行。《湖南日报》《中国书画报》《书法报》《美术报》《文化时报》《人民日报》海外版、《中国国际商报》《中华艺苑名家专栏》、红网、优酷、腾讯视频、华声在线、星辰在线、中央电视台老故事频道《艺林春秋》李朝云专题纪录片，中国新长城传媒——走近李朝云“挥毫落纸墨痕新，几点梅花最可人”专题片。2017年8月《人民美术》杂志社联合中央电视台CCTV摄制组拍摄“一带一路”书画名家李朝云访谈，2018年3月中央电视台纪念改革开放40周年“奋进新时代·筑梦新征程——艺术名家李朝云”专题片，2019年6月“新时代艺术名家李朝云”专题片皆由全国各大网络媒体展播。中央、省、市、县电视台，报纸、杂志、网络等新闻媒体纷纷对李朝云的艺术成就作了专题报道。

Li Chaoyun, male, pen name Tian Wei zi, stage name boiled stone. Born in February 1945 in Plum Villa, Zhitang Town, Qidong County, Hunan Province, university culture. Agriculture, as a soldier, from the government, and finally embarked on the road of painting and calligraphy art creation. In June, he won the trophy of the top ten news figures of Asian painting and calligraphy.

Li Chaoyun's poetry, calligraphy and painting works have won numerous grade awards in the national invitational exhibition competition. He have been invited to Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the United States and the United Nations headquarters to participate in cultural and artistic exchange activities. Prince Subbaamo of Thailand, government officials of Singapore and presidents of South Korean state-owned enterprises have collected Li Chaoyun's "Plum Bamboo" and other works as fine collections. And held individual exhibitions across the country. In January 2004, he was specially invited to Beijing to participate in the first China Collection and Culture Expo, and his traditional Chinese painting works won the "Golden Art Award". In June 2005, he went to Shanghai to participate in the "Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters National City Tour Exhibition", and his works were exhibited in Shanghai Library. In September 2005,15 Chinese painting works and personal photos, approved by the national authority of a set of stamps, September 30 in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing "contemporary Chinese culture masters" special stamps of the first type, issued nationwide. In 2011, the traditional Chinese painting and plum blossom works were exhibited in the National Art Museum of China and won the award of Famous Flower Master. In August 2013, the plum blossom works won among nearly 10,000 paintings and calligraphy works nationwide, and were selected by Weifang International Forest of Steles in Shandong Province. In May 2017, the Organizing Committee of the New Great Wall of China displayed Li Chaoyun's "Cold Fragrance" and "Bamboo" on the Badaling New Great Wall for visitors to watch. In September 2015, Li Chaoyun in the United Nations was invited to participate in the "Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the United Nations" at the UCT International Cultural Center in New York, USA. Li Chaoyun's Chinese painting "Ode to The Plum Bamboo" was collected as a boutique by the United Nations headquarters.28
