王德蕊,女,1948年11月出生,胶州剪纸传承人。山东省第六批省级非物质文化遗产代表性传承人。王德蕊酷爱剪纸,自幼跟随母亲学习剪纸工艺,长年累月刻苦钻研,对剪纸有了较深的造诣。
Wang Delui, female, born in November 1948, is the inheritor of Jiaozhou paper-cut. The sixth batch of representative inheritors of provincial intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province. Wang Delui loves paper-cutting. She learned paper-cutting techniques from her mother since childhood. She studied hard for years and had deep attainments in paper-cutting.
胶州剪纸是山东省古老的民间艺术。从表现形式方面来讲,大体分为单色剪纸、活动剪纸、彩色剪纸和贴彩剪纸四种。胶州的剪纸艺术有着悠久的历史。据1954年在艾山子村搜集到的五幅张家茔出土剪纸原料,有利的说明了这一问题。这些剪纸成方尖状,其幅长约8公分左右,比一只粉笔稍大一点,就在这么大小的一幅画面上刻有鸳鸯戏水,单凤朝阳等不同纹样。这些纹样不但构思新颖组合巧妙,而且刻工之精细另令人叹绝,其功力确以达到相当高的水平;这些作品还说明,在五百多年前胶州剪纸艺术以从民间传到管家的深闺,并博得了贵妇名媛的垂青,而促进了其表现技巧的更高发展。被评为省级非物质文化遗产。
Jiaozhou paper-cutting is an ancient folk art in Shandong Province. In terms of expression form, it is generally divided into four kinds: monochrome paper cutting, activity paper cutting, color paper cutting and color paper cutting. Jiaozhou's paper-cutting art has a long history. According to the five unearthed paper-cuts collected in Aishan Zi village in 1954, this problem is vividly explained. These paper cuts into a square shape, about 8 centimeters long, a little larger than a chalk, in such a picture engraved with mandarin duck playing in the water, single phoenix sun and other different patterns. These patterns are not only novel and ingenious, but also the precision of the carving, its ability to reach a very high level; these works also show that the art of Jiaozhou. It was rated as the provincial intangible cultural heritage.

王德蕊深知剪纸艺术作为国家非物质文化遗产必须要发展、必须要传承,2015年在隐珠街道台兴路社区成立了“德蕊剪纸艺术工作室”,每周开办公益课堂,通过“大手拉小手”“大手拉大手”两种方式,让3岁小孩到80岁老人成为剪纸高跨度受众群,社区内的男女老少都能学习和体验剪纸文化。工作室从建立到现在,共开展线下培训班400多期,培训学员1万余人。她在老年大学教授剪纸课程14年,教授老年学员500余名。她坚信“星星之火可以燎原”,多年来她先后到中国石油大学、青岛理工大学、山东科技大学、西海岸新区第六中学等20多所高校、中小学和幼儿园义务传授剪纸技艺。她着手创建“大手牵小手,共同传承剪纸文化”团队,至今已举办培训班170多期,学习剪纸人数达3000多人,团队开展的“民间剪纸艺术传承”服务项目被评为2019年青岛市最佳老干部志愿服务项目。

She set out to create a team of "big hands holding small hands, jointly inherit paper-cutting culture", which has held more than 170 training courses, with more than 3,000 people learning paper-cutting. The service project of "Folk paper-cutting art inheritance" carried out by the team was rated as the best Senior Cadres Volunteer Service Project for senior Cadres in Qingdao in 2019.
