蒋文科，湘潭人，祖藉长沙，曾从事陶瓷绘画，国家一级美术师。

现为中国社会艺术协会常务理事，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体工作委员会委员，中国楹联学会书画艺术研究会委员，中国国际新闻杂志社画家，中美协会员，湖南省美术家协会会员，湖南省军休书法家协会艺术顾问，湖南省民间美术研究会副秘书长，湖南卫视国际频道《德艺会》委员，中国教育电视台CETV《水墨丹青》画院委员，湘潭市美术研究会名誉主席，曾被授予人民艺术家，当代实力派画家及关爱留守儿童及资助汶川地震爱心使者称号。

其作品曾多次参加省、国级美术创作比赛获奖，多幅作品被多家博物馆、企事业、社团组织、与企业家收藏，特别是被中央美术学院《山水》、钓鱼台国宾馆《荷花》收藏，中共中央对外联络部《旭日东升》作为礼品赠与俄罗斯大使，捐赠人民大会堂管理局《叠峰山源水》收藏，先后接受中国网、人民日报《传世翰墨》、中国国际新闻杂志社、中国国际集邮网、环球时报网、环球经济网、欧洲网、当代商报网、当代法制网、湖南为民网、香港商报网、央视CCTV老故事频道《建国70周年艺术领军人物—蒋文科》专题片、央视CCTV书画频道《名家推介》专题片、湖南卫视专题拍摄《蒋文科—山水画中的自在人生》、2015年长沙政法频道跟踪数日专题采访，题为《画家蒋文科的一纸情缘》。

自幼酷爱美术，痴心成迷，然而又得名师等贤者指导，绩归发奋加汗水，勤奋创作，担当翰墨传承文化的使命，力求笔墨灵动，枯润干练成鸿飞。

个人创作美术作品曾发表于《美术报》、《新文艺书画新风尚人物》第7期特刊，CETV时代先锋书画家专刊、中国《当代艺术》名家展珍藏版、中国书画家作品集收藏版、全国书画名家走进祁东开福文化展览馆邀请展作品集珍藏版，其美术作品被国内外文化团体与赏识人士收藏。

1983年作品《大象与房子漫画》荣获《韶山杯》美展优秀奖；

1984年《松柏长春》获湖南省国画美术作品创作奖；

1992年国展作品《青山》入选毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表50周年全国美术作品展览；

1999年全国美术展山水画《旭日晨曦》获优秀奖。

2002年国展作品《花明楼风光》入选纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美术作品展览；

2017年《泰山旭日》山水画被华盛顿马里兰艺术院收藏。

2018年《咏梅》被湖南省军休分会收藏。

2018年《花开富贵》被湖南廉政法制研究会收藏。

2018年《白云深处》山水画获全国第二届民俗文化艺术作品展“中华杯”银奖。

2019年《数枝梅》获中国国画院南方分院举办（全国）2019迎春书画展一等奖。

2019年《源远流长》（古代山水）荣获全国第三届《中华杯》民俗文化艺术作品邀请展一等奖。

Jiang Wenke, born in Xiangtan, originally from Changsha, once engaged in ceramic painting, is a national first-class artist.

Now he is the executive director of China Social Art Association, member of the New Art Group Working Committee of China Painting and Calligraphy Association, Member of Chinese Couplets Society Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association, Painter of China International News Magazine, Member of China Artists Association, Member of the Hunan Artists Association and Art Consultant of Hunan Military Calligraphers Association, Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan Folk Art Research Association, He is a member of Hunan Satellite TV International Channel "De Yi Hui," a member of China Education TV "Ink Painting" Academy, the honorary chairman of Xiangtan Fine Arts Research Association. In 2018, "Deep White Cloud" landscape painting won the silver award of the second national folk culture and art exhibition "China Cup."

In 2019, "Several Plum Branches" won the first prize of the 2019 Spring Festival Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition held by the Southern Branch of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting.

In 2019, "Long History" (ancient landscape) won the first prize of the third national "China Cup" folk culture and art works invitational exhibition.

In January 2019, the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China presented the "Rising Sun" to the ambassador of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in China as a gift.
