军旅书法家付后文，号京伦，1964年出生于安徽长丰，1983年入伍，中共党员、大专学历，现居北京。

自幼酷爱书法艺术，重点临摹书法名家碑帖，作品曾多次在国内外书画大展中获奖并广为收藏。

现为：中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国书画家联谊会会员、中国楹联学会会员、北京市书法家协会会员、北京宣和书画艺术研究院副院长、中国世纪大采风书画院副院长、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副主任兼副秘书长、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副主席兼副秘书长、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会副秘书长、中名联签约书法家、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院签约书法家、中宣盛世国际书画院理事、北京心海文化艺术研究院高级研究员。

2018年4月，行书作品入选“四海同画·中国书画精品澳洲展”。2018年11月，应邀参加“宣和至臻书画展”，并荣获2018北京国际文博会网络投票最佳人气奖（三等奖）、诗词创作优秀奖。2019年3月中旬，荣获“全国两会重点推荐人民艺术家”荣誉称号。2019年3月下旬，参加了通州运河苑百名书画家书画创销活动，作品畅销。2019年4月初，荣获艺术新时代全国书画大赛银奖并出画册。2019艺术名家“英才杯”全国书画艺术大展赛荣获金奖。2019年4月20号，作品“友谊常青”在名家艺术联盟的推荐下被刚果政要收藏。2019年5月，台湾海峡两岸首届文化旅游节书画展作品获奖并被收藏。2019年5月，下旬应邀参加了中国北京第十四届国际文博会“宣和·至臻”第二届书画展，作品受到将军部长及领导们的一致好评，并获得了收藏证书。2019年6月在第十九届中国世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会及电视录制人物颁奖盛典中授予“中国当代艺坛功勋人物”荣誉称号。2019年7月上旬应邀参加了中海洋集团与韩国友人文化产业交流会，多幅作品被韩国新华报社社长、河北美术学院传媒学院终身教授曹明权等友人收藏。2019新中国成立70周年“祖国颂”全国书画大赛荣获金奖。2019年7月底，参加了“为祖国放歌·唱响七十华诞”国庆特别节目电视晚会录制：现场创作书法作品“江山如画”已被为祖国放歌大型活动组委会收藏并颁发收藏证书。2019年8月19号，经名家艺术联盟的推荐，作品“中贝友谊长存”被贝宁共和国驻华大使收藏。2019年8月20号在庆祝中俄建交70周年之际，作品“天道酬勤”受到了俄罗斯驻华大使的喜爱并收藏。2019年9月15号作为中视盛鑫名家艺术联盟的签约书画家作品被推荐到钓鱼台大酒店作为精品长期展示。2019年12月荣获“锦绣中华”全国书法、美术、摄影大赛书法组金奖。2020年4月荣获众志成城战役情“中华大爱”全国书画大赛书法组特别金奖。2020年5月获得了中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会颁发的“展时代篇章绘大国风范——新时代杰出艺术名家献礼全国两会”荣誉证书。部分作品被“全国人大”的人民代表报选中并刊登。2020年7月荣获首届“中华新时代”全国书画大赛书法组特别金奖。2020年8月上旬经名家艺术联盟推荐作品被企业订购同时获得企业赞助个展的资格。2020年8月下旬作品被收藏天下全国数字电视频道选播并展出，特聘为该栏目学术指导和特约艺术家，并出版个人专辑。2020年9月经名家艺术联盟推荐，作品“百瑞”、“千祥”、“海纳百川”摩崖石刻于北京百瑞谷景区流芳百世。2020年9月底“中华颂”全国书画艺术精品大赛分别荣获书法组金奖和美术组银奖。2020年12月底在名家艺术联盟、名家艺术沙龙使团企业艺术交流会上作品被布基纳法索共和国驻华大使—加斯顿阿兰波阿亲选国礼收藏。同期荣获2020“中华精英杯”全国书画大赛书法组特别金奖。2021年春节前夕作品“中国必胜”在三亚高铁站巡展播放。2021年3月部分作品被人大代表报选中并刊登同时献礼全国“两会”。2021“春之声”全国书画摄影艺术大赛作品展荣获书法组金奖。2021年5月下旬作品“中华腾飞”在北京各大地铁站巡展播放，庆祝中国共产党百年诞辰。2021年6月中旬应邀参加在斯里兰卡驻华大使馆举办的“丝路艺桥交流展”活动。书法作品被斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔·科霍纳亲选国礼收藏。2021年9月应邀参加了在中国文联文艺家之家展览馆举办的，“党的光辉照我心”庆祝建党一百周年、新文艺群体百名书画家优秀作品展活动。2021年11月荣获首届“将军酒杯”全国书画大赛书法组金奖。2022年3月部分书法作品刊登于《人民代表报》。2022年首届“劳特金”杯全国书画大赛获：成人书法组特别金奖。成人美术组金奖。2022年9月中旬应邀参加中国楹联学会书画艺术院在民族文化宫举办的喜迎二十大“红心向党”书画展活动。2022年10月部分书画作品刊登于“二十大”会议期间的《人民代表报》。2022年“文化传承”全国书画大赛作品展获书法特别成就奖。2023年2月应邀参加了在中国画院美术馆举办的“传薪”全国书画名家邀请展活动。2023年3月应邀参加了在荣宝斋画院美术馆举办的“墨笔生辉”全国书画名家邀请展活动。

In April 2018, the running script works were selected for the "Four Seas Painting · Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition in Australia." In November 2018, he was invited to participate in the "Xuanhe Zhizhen Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition," and won the 2018 Beijing International Cultural Fair Online Voting Best Popularity Award (Third Prize) and Poetry Creation Excellence Award.
