汪登保，祖籍安徽庐江，1952年出生于宿松县。工作于九江市，原九江市政协常委，九江市民营经济研究会会长，九江市安徽商会会长，现任九江寻承艺术博物馆馆长，享受国务院特殊津贴的艺术家。

从小爱好书法和收藏，现为国家高级美术（书法）师，国宾礼（特供）外事管理中心艺术顾问，知名百科名誉主席，中国楹联学会书法研究会评委专家，中国书画产业研究基地专家组成员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画工作委员会委员，中央美院客座教授，中国文联书画艺术交流中心顾问。书法作品中国高等艺术院校名师教学范《汪登保书法作品选》、《鉴藏.中国近现代书画名家精品集》由河北人民美术出版社和黑龙江美术出版社出版发行，赠送给国家图书馆、清华大学美术图书馆等20多家省级以上的大专院校图书馆收藏，并颁发收藏证书。

书法作品多次向全国“两会”和国家大型活动献礼，多次参加国内国际大型书法展。作品被人民大会堂和国家有关部门、大专院校、博物馆收藏。由天津人民美术出版社首次出版发行的书法“大红袍”《中国近现代书法名家集——汪登保》，2018年11月在中国孔子研究院，由天津人民美术出版社，中国孔子美术馆，九江市政协等多家官方权威单位主办和承办《汪登保大型书法艺术展暨“大红袍”书法首发式，并获圆满成功。

近几年，汪登保的书法作品，被中国邮政出版发行《百年百家——汪登保》《中国当代名家大作——纪念珍藏邮折》《百年献礼珍藏邮册》等。并在人民日报、人民政协报、江西日报、中国书画家报、中国书画报、联墨艺术报、中华水墨报、中国书画报、书画艺术报等多家报刊刊登，由中央电视台和地方电视台多次播发，并由中国文化报道、新媒体组委会和国家多家官方权威出版社出版发行《喜迎二十大建言新征程》《新文化新辉煌》《红星闪耀百年巨匠》《两会专刊》《当代功勋艺术家——汪登保》《艺术中国名家典范》《人民功勳艺术家》《中国艺坛榜样人物——汪登保》中国书法教学试用本《标准书法》《书法教学范本——汪登保》中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本《汪登保书法作品选》等40册。作品入编《当代美术史——中国书法》《中国书法年鉴》《中国当代书法史》《人民美术》《中国美术》《大国大家》巜艺术中国名家典范》《中国书画教材》《中国美术大典——中国书画国礼卷》《中国收藏》《人民美术》《中国非遗传承人物年鉴》《中国书画名家》《最突出贡献的艺术家年度人物作品集》等70多部官方权威书集。

由天津人民美术出版社出版发行的书法“大红袍”《中国近现代名家书法集——汪登保》授予“中国非物质文化遗产出版物”授予汪登保“中国非物质文化遗产传承人”，中国非物质文化遗产艺术委员会授予汪登保“大红袍名家工作室”。“最美中国行共圆中国中国梦——寻找中国最美符号”书法作品精选活得者。中国兰亭字开发组委会授予“最佳设计奖”。

Wang Dengbao, ancestral home in Lujiang, Anhui Province, was born in Susong County in 1952.
